Collegiate Conference
Collegiate Conference 2021

A father in need came to Jesus and said, “Have mercy on us and help us, if you can?”

“What do you mean, ‘If I can’?” Jesus asked. “Anything is possible if a person believes.”

-Mark 9:22b-23

The last 18 months have led us all to a place of need before Jesus. Individually and collectively we have been navigating incredibly difficult and disorienting times. The pace of change has been profound and the schools of thought diverse. And yet, it’s often in times like this that what is needed most becomes self evident. We do not know our future but we know Who holds it. Join us this November for three days of reconnecting with Jesus and each other as a people who believe!

Prospective Staff

We are inviting prospective Collegiate staff to attend this year's staff conference! A prospective staffer is anyone considering coming on staff within the next year. There is a reduced rate for these folks! So please invite anyone considering missionary work with Collegiate to attend!

Collegiate is not providing specific housing or hotel blocks this year for the conference. With that in mind, we hope you can find housing that fits you and budget! We did want to provide a few options hotel wise that are within a 10 minute drive of vista. But you are welcome to find another hotel or home rental of your choosing.

A note for those flying to the conference: If you are coming from outside the midwest, we may be able to find locals to host you if the additional cost of flying is a burden. Please let Jessica Schmidt know if this is something you would be interested in. We can't guarantee housing, but we would love to try and see what we can do!

Please see Reliant reimbursement policies for more details before you incur expenses for this event (flights, rental cards, housing, meals, etc). Children expenses are taxable since there is no specific children’s program provided this year. Associate eligibility rules still apply. Expenses for spouses and children of associate’s are not reimbursable.

Children and Families

This year we are not including a children’s program, although your spouses and families are welcome to come with you if you wish. Our space at Vista is limited, so we will not be able to set aside room for children during the conference. Since the conference does not have a children’s program, if you do choose to bring your children, all of their expenses will be taxable.

We would love to be able to represent each others schools, so if you have stickers your ministry gives out, please bring some to the conference to share with everyone!

If your church has any swag they would like to donate to give away during the conference please let Jessica Schmidt ( know and she will collect any giveways during conference registration.
