Who We Are

Reliant is a nondenominational Christian mission organization that partners with churches and nonprofit ministries to help train and equip missionaries throughout the U.S. and internationally. Our office headquarters staff works to handle the administrative side of this process so that our field staff is enabled to fulfill their desired ministry role. We help our missionaries in various areas such as I.T., H.R. and Benefits, Equipping and Training, and Donor Services.

We're bound together by a big purpose: to see healthy missionaries living on the field with fully-funded employment for their mission. We are an accredited 501(c)3 evangelical Christian mission agency that began over 30 years ago, and we are honored to partner with over 200 churches and nonprofits. Our field missionaries do various things such as counsel broken relationships, help university students find their spiritual beliefs, pioneer new churches & innovative ministries, and help women make a sustainable living in Kenya — all in the name of Jesus Christ.

Our Central Office

Reliant's central office is located in the Lake Nona area of Orlando, Florida. We are a hybrid mix of in-person and remote employees from around the US. Together, we serve over 900 missionaries in the US and abroad. We are a close-knit, professional team dedicated to supporting the global work of God's Kingdom. We enjoy the administrative details and excel at human resources, event management, donor services, gift processing, payroll & accounting, web development, I.T. support, etc. We also like to have a lot of fun and work hard to create an enjoyable culture of shared values and mutual respect.

Perks & Benefits

Purposeful Procedures: The Reliant central office serves a large and broad purpose: seeing God's kingdom come in our immediate neighborhoods and to the far reaches of the globe. As a team member, you'll be a part of helping to employ hundreds of missionaries on the field and share in the impact of their work on the ground.

Prioritized Personal Health: We want to ensure that our team is happy, healthy, and connected to God and our mission. While we offer generous traditional benefits (health, dental, vision, paid time off), we also have flexibility in our schedules for family, fun, and everyday life. Every year we offer our team members one "day with God" and one week for mission work to ensure we seek God's kingdom first.

Nonstop Innovation: Since we're a team that's continually growing in who we work with and how we serve, we're able to push the status quo for serving our partners more broadly and more effectively. We are anything but stagnant and are constantly working in creative ways to find new solutions to common problems. Being a part of the Reliant central office means growing in strategic thinking through conferences, strategy meetings with local business professors, annual retreats, and other general team-growth benefits.
