International Churches & Ministries

We partner with churches, ministries, and international ministry leaders to mobilize support-based workers for international settings. The International Program Team is made up of seasoned, high-quality cross-cultural workers and fund-raisers who help fine-tune assessment, training, coaching, and employment for the particular needs of the field in which they will serve. During seasons of field ministry, Reliant supports partners and workers with debriefing, HR and evaluation processes, furlough support, transition guidance, and a crisis management team.

• We have two programs: Interns (5-24 months) and On-going (any indefinite ministry assignment).
• Programs are open to US Citizens or non-Citizens who have the right to work in the US (Green card).
• The assessment process (spanning 6-8 weeks) includes in-depth screening, coaching, and development for their workers.
• All missionaries will be deputized by Reliant as a fund-raiser, following the international training and check-out process.
• The fund-raising and deployment period typically spans 4-8 months, depending on budget needs and initiative.
