Login Issues


Don’t remember your existing Reliant Username?

Go to Reliant.org and click on My Account in the upper right corner. Click on recover username under the first box. Enter either your donor account number or your email address and click on Lookup Account. If you don’t see an email come through, check your junk and spam folders.

Forgot your password?

Go to Reliant.org and click on My Account in the upper right corner. Click on reset password under the second box. Enter your email address and click on Lookup Account. If you don’t see an email come through, check your junk and spam folders.

Do you have an existing account with Reliant Mission, but no username on Reliant.org?

Go to Reliant.org and click on My Account in the upper right corner. Click on Create Account under the Sign In button. Click on find your existing donor records in the gray box. Click on Donor Account and then enter your donor account number and press Lookup Account.
If you don’t know your account number, email gift.services@reliant.org and we will respond as quickly as possible.

Issues Creating a New Account


Did not receive the verification code

First, check your junk and spam folders as it could be in there. 
Do you have an email address with a unique provider (i.e. something other than Gmail, Yahoo, AOL, etc)?
If yes, you may need to add Reliant.org as a sender – your email domain may be blocking it.
If neither of these fix the issue, email gift.services@reliant.org and we will respond as quickly as possible. 

Created a new account but don’t see your giving history?

You may have accidentally created a duplicate account.  Email gift.services@reliant.org and we will respond as quickly as possible.

Other Issues


Website doesn’t seem to be responding/nothing is happening.

If you are trying to login or give a gift and nothing is happening there are a few things to check. First, if you are using a mobile device (phone or tablet), please try again on a desktop or laptop computer. If you are on a desktop or laptop computer and it still is not working, please check what browser you are using. We have found that most people have the most success when using Google Chrome. If you are using any other browser, please try again on Chrome. 

Interested in giving a one-time, end of the year gift?

Go to Reliant.org and click on Missionaries (first option on the top bar). Type in your missionary’s name into the search bar. Once you find your missionary, click on the green Give Now text under their photo. On that page, select the amount you would like to give and then be sure to click on the box next to One-Time. Then press Continue and follow the rest of the instructions as they come up. 

Want to cancel your giving?

Go to Reliant.org and click on My Account. Sign in to your account and go to your giving dashboard. From there you will be able to edit your active gifts section.

Want to update your automatic withdrawal information?

Go to Reliant.org and click on My Account. Sign in to your account and you will be able to update your automatic withdrawal information. If you have any issues, please email gift.services@reliant.org and we will respond as quickly as possible.

Trying to give a gift and nothing is happening?

If it seems like it’s not accepting the information, please double-check to ensure everything you have entered is correct. Check to see if your mailing address is correct and that is saved appropriately.
Before trying again, please check your bank account or Credit Card to make sure that payment has not already gone through in order to avoid double charges. It could just be a bit of a lag in processing.

Looking for your End of the Year Giving Statement?

End of year giving statements are published in January to ensure that we have processed all of the December gifts first. Your End of the Year Giving statement will be mailed to your address on file and will be available digitally in your online account by January 31st.

Interested in mailing a gift?
