Though we employ nearly 500 missionaries in the US and abroad, our Orlando office of 30 people works as a Christian, close-knit, professional team to support the global work.

We're bound together by a big purpose. Reliant is an accredited 501(c)3 Christian evangelical mission organization that partners with 130+ missional churches and Gospel-centered non-profits to mobilize support-based missionaries for the Great Commission. Our field missionaries counsel broken relationships, help university students find their spiritual beliefs, start new churches, and help women make a sustainable living in Kenya—all in the name of Jesus Christ.

Missionary Resources Administrative Coordinator

Reliant Mission is hiring a FT Administrative Support Coordinator for our Missionary Resources Team. This role will be responsible for administratively supporting the Missionary Resources (MR) Director and Manager. It will also involve communication and support for our missionaries both internationally and in the US.

The ideal candidate enjoys organizing potential complexities, is a motivated self-starter who works well on their own and with others. Effective oral and written communication skills are helpful, along with strong interpersonal skills and computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google sheets are requirements. Working knowledge of databases, querying and mail merge/piping are also a plus.

Gift Services Assistant

Reliant Mission is looking for a part-time (25 hours per week in office) Gift Services Assistant to join their team. Duties and responsibilities include answering phones, email merges, data entry and mail coding. This position is supervised daily by the Gift Services Administrator, with an indirect report to the Director of Financial Operations.

Job Specifications:
  1. A profession of faith in Jesus Christ.
  2. Agrees with Reliant’s Statement of Faith and Reliant’s core values.
  3. Opening and coding daily incoming mail together with the GS Coordinator.
  4. Processing the Address Change Forms and Invalid Address Mail.
  5. Entering the batches from the day’s mail.
  6. Answer phones as needed.
  7. E-mail merges.
  8. Work through various data clean-up queries.
  9. Rotating the checks stored for two weeks and shredding the appropriate days’ checks.
  10. Printing, folding, inserting and posting the days’ receipts.
  11. Folding, inserting, and posting reminders every month.
