:
As we reflect on the past year, we are overwhelmed with gratitude for your partnership in expanding God's kingdom and the building up of His Church here on earth.
Our theme verse for this year reminds us that we are all part of a greater purpose in building God’s kingdom “with Christ Jesus himself as the chief cornerstone. In him, the whole building is joined together and rises to become a holy temple in the Lord " (Ephesians 2:20-21).
At Reliant, we are honored to walk alongside our field staff as they spread the good news of Jesus Christ to those who have not yet heard. Your support allows us to equip and encourage these workers, so they can keep building and reaching more people with the love of Christ.
We are thrilled to report a year of growth where we see the continued impact of our collective efforts. None of this could have been possible without your generous support. Your investment in our mission is a crucial part of building a "holy temple" for the Lord. Together, we are fellow citizens and members of God's household, working to expand His kingdom on earth. Through your generosity, we have seen countless lives changed and more people welcomed into God's family.
We are excited to present this year's Annual Ministry Report in a digital format. We invite you to browse through the pages and read the inspiring stories and testimonies of how God is at work through Reliant.
Once again, thank you for your unwavering support in mobilizing workers for the Great Commission. We are deeply grateful to partner alongside each of you in the work of the Gospel.
In Him,
Tom Mauriello | President & CEO
 :
Together with us, you are sending workers and missionaries all over the world to spread the Good News of the love and grace of Jesus.
"Consequently, you are no longer foreigners and strangers, but fellow citizens with God’s people and also members of his household, built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Christ Jesus himself as the chief cornerstone. In him, the whole building is joined together and rises to become a holy temple in the Lord. And in him, you too are being built together to become a dwelling in which God lives by his Spirit."

Since then, our partnership with Reliant has allowed us to respond to that calling with obedience as we received training for church planting, then planted Union Church in the fall of 2021.
There are truly too many stories to share of people who - in various ways - have been without a home in God and who have, by God's mercy, been welcomed into the house of God through the ministry of our little church plant.

The main point of emphasis within our team is for our participants to grow in deeper love for and in relationship with Jesus. A deep, abiding relationship with Jesus is the bedrock and foundation of our thriving on the field and in life. We desire our participants to build on top of this relationship with Jesus in everything they do going forward. Without this, love for those they are serving and their personal thriving on the field will not and cannot last.

Reliant partners with missional churches and Gospel-centered ministries to mobilize support-based workers for the Great Commission. We could not do this without generous donors like you!
We have been in full-time mission work for nearly thirty years, just coming to Reliant over two years ago. Reliant has served us well by providing support, encouragement, and accountability, allowing us to focus on the most important thing: serving Christ wholeheartedly.
H20 Church at Youngstown State University continues to pray that the students deeply hunger for God, that they repent of their sins, trust in Jesus for salvation, and join him in the mighty work of proclaiming God’s Kingdom. Though imperfect, we believe the local church is God’s chosen vessel for His mission, and God’s way is trustworthy and true. So we continue to go forth in “being built together into a dwelling place for God by the Spirit” (Ephesians 2:22) because in Christ, the stranger finds a home, and the lost are found.
The impact you make goes far beyond a financial gift - because of your generosity, 259 workers went through training in 2022 to be equipped and sent out!
Reliant is commited to the highest standards of financial integrity and strong organizational governance
All of us at Reliant Mission would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for your faithful partnership. Through generous donors like you, God graciously supplies the needed financial resources for the work of Reliant and our ministry partners.
We never take this generous provision for granted. The ministry of Reliant continues to flourish because of our dedicated ministry partners. Even throughout the global pandemic, we are grateful to see how God continued to provide for Reliant field workers and the people whom they serve! Your gifts make it possible, and help to propel, the work of Reliant and our ministry partners in bringing love, hope, and healing to a hurting world in desperate need of the gospel!
I would like to make several comments regarding the governance of Reliant. Our guiding principles emphasize operational excellence and accountability. With this in mind, our board of directors and Audit Review & Finance Committee are comprised of outstanding professionals from ministry and business contexts who provide strategic leadership, long-term thinking, risk management, and accountability for Reliant management. Since 1992, we have been a committed member of the Evangelical Council of Financial Accountability (ECFA), which represents and reflects our pledge to transparency, careful oversight, and honoring charitable expectations. As always, our 2022 financial records were audited by Capin Crouse, LLP, a national leader in nonprofit accounting and auditing. Their 2022 audit report is always available upon request.
Thank you again for your financial support of Reliant and our ministry partners.
