Dear Friends,
Every year, this report gives us an opportunity to pause and reflect, not only on what has been accomplished, but also on what God is doing through our shared commitment to the gospel. The words of the Apostle Paul in 1 Corinthians 9:23 capture the heart behind everything you will see in these pages: for the sake of the gospel. This phrase is more than a theme. It is the reason Reliant exists.
Across cities, campuses, and countries, men and women are stepping into ministry roles that require courage, faith, and perseverance. We come alongside them by supporting, training, and sustaining them so they can give themselves fully to the work God has entrusted to them. We are committed to sending more workers into the field while ensuring they are healthy, equipped, and able to remain there for the long haul.
This past year, we have seen real momentum. Staff are being mobilized in greater numbers and equipped through training and coaching for long-term ministry. Churches and ministries are also partnering with us at increasing levels.
Growth, however, is not our ultimate goal.
Faithfulness is.
We are driven by a deep conviction that the gospel is worth everything, including the investment of time, resources, and energy; the sacrifices of those who go; and the generosity of those who send. It is worth building an organization that stewards people and resources with integrity and care.
As you read through this report, you will see the scope of what God is doing through Reliant. You will encounter stories from the field and from the partnerships that make this work possible. Each section reflects a different part of our mission to make more ministry happen. Together, they tell one story: a community united around the gospel committed to advancing it.
Thank you for being part of that story.
Whether you serve on the field, give financially, lead a partner ministry, or pray faithfully, you are part of something far greater than any one of us. You are investing in the work of the gospel and sharing in its blessings.
It is a privilege to serve alongside you.
With gratitude,

In Eswatini, some of the most meaningful gospel moments have happened around dinner tables, on soccer fields, and during late-night game sessions. Levi Lettau shares what it has looked like for his family to leave behind familiarity and slowly build relationships with young men in their community through the everyday rhythms of friendship.

At Reliant, we are deeply committed to financial integrity and accountability. Each year, we undergo an independent audit, proudly maintain membership with the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA), and uphold rigorous internal standards to steward every dollar with care. Faithful stewardship helps create stability and support for ministry workers serving around the world.

Reliant Mission is profoundly grateful for the generosity of our many donors. Your gracious commitment to our ministry partners and workers has helped spread the gospel in many remarkable ways over the past year. Through you, God continued to abundantly supply the financial resources needed to make more ministry happen in 2025.
We never take this generous provision for granted. The ministry of Reliant continues to flourish because of dedicated partners like you. 2025 was a very encouraging year, with steady growth in the number of workers serving the Kingdom of God in the U.S. and throughout the world and their impact. We are grateful to see how God has provided for Reliant field workers and the people whom they serve! Your gifts make it all possible, propelling the work of Reliant and our ministry partners to bring love, hope, and healing to a hurting world in desperate need of the gospel!
I would like to take this opportunity to underscore several key aspects of Reliant’s organizational governance. Our guiding principles emphasize operational excellence and accountability. Our board of directors and Audit Review & Finance Committee are comprised of outstanding professionals from ministry and business contexts who provide strategic leadership, long-term thinking, risk management, and accountability for Reliant.
Since 1992, we have been a committed member of the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA), representing and reflecting our pledge to transparency, careful oversight, and honor of charitable expectations. As always, our 2025 financial records were audited by the independent accounting firm Forvis Mazars. The 2025 audit report can be found here, along with reports from previous years. Thank you again for your financial support of Reliant and our ministry partners.
Last summer, in dorms and break rooms, college students discovered that evangelism was not just an event happening elsewhere, but a lifestyle of gospel conversations lived in those very places. Through her experience directing Leadership Training, Gaia Stanley shares how God used these students' obedience to transform lives.

Behind each number is a ministry worker who learned how to build a faithful team of prayer and financial supporters around their ministry.
Through Ministry Team Development (MTD), Reliant’s support-raising training and coaching process, workers participate in online learning, live workshops, and weekly coaching calls designed to help them invite partners into the work God has called them to.
As workers are equipped and sent with sustainable support teams, ministries are able to grow and thrive.

"Before Reliant Training, I felt overwhelmed and uncertain about what support-raising would look like. However, I couldn't help but leave encouraged and confident in the calling I’d been given. The practical tools, clear strategy, and contagious energy gave me so much momentum to move forward with boldness."

“When I started with Reliant, I knew next to nothing. The only thing I knew was that God had called me into something new; the answer was yes, and this was the path. The training provided gave me everything I needed to hit the ground running and to have confidence in what I had been called to do. The staff has been amazing at every level, and I could not be more grateful."

"Coaching with Reliant gives me the opportunity to extend the grace I’ve received by walking alongside vocational ministry workers. Through that work, I get to serve, encourage, and empower fellow gospel workers to keep Jesus at the center of their lives while watching God grow and mature them in ministry. It is a joy to recognize His active work in both their hearts and the people they serve. Glory be to God.”

After years of preparing for overseas missions, Katie Parler sensed God leading her to pause her plans and embrace a different kind of calling: to stay. This is the story of how He is using that season to advance the gospel through sending others and faithful obedience in a local church context.
Behind prison walls and in counseling rooms marked by years of pain, lives once defined by shame are beginning to shift. Through a 12-week journey of Scripture and guided reflection, women are discovering space to process their stories and encounter hope in unexpected places.
In partnering with missional churches and Gospel-centered ministries, Reliant aims to simplify the complexities of support-raising and employment, so that our partners can focus on the mission God has given them. The following interviews highlight two of these partners and the impact of their work through language learning, community building, and equipping the next generation of ministry leaders.
At the Summit Institute, young leaders are not just studying ministry; they are leading worship, discipling students, helping baptize new believers, and preparing to plant churches around the world. Director Blair Waggett shares that through mentorship, theological training, and hands-on ministry experience, they are being formed and sent to faithfully serve churches and communities worldwide.
