We have strong confidence in the Christian character of our missionaries. However, we live in a broken and sinful world and know that even those in ministry can sin against others, and in cases where this warrants further action, it's vital that we can take appropriate steps.

All Reliant employed and associated missionaries must adhere to our statement of faith and standards of conduct and code of ethics. Should we ever learn of a situation where a Reliant missionary’s actions  or behavior were brought into question, we would work purposefully and deliberately towards investigation of the matter. If wrongdoings were then uncovered in our investigation, we would act in accordance with our standards and policies including, but not limited to, terminating their employment from Reliant.

In any process we work in cooperation with local church leadership as supervising spiritual authorities to reach appropriate action. However Reliant's final actions as the employer are independent.
